PendingYour parcel is in line up for packaging in E-hermes’ warehouse.you can delete it.

Packed: Your parcel has been packed by E-hermes and it is ready for shipping.

Pay: You need to pay for freight fee,then E-hermes will ship your parcel.

Paid: You had paid for your parcel,and E-hermes will ship your parcel as soon as we can.

ShippedOur warehouse staff has packaged and shipped the parcel for you.

Received: When you receive parcel without damages,then you can agree to receive.

ConfirmedThe parcel had been received to you and you can appraise our shopping service and leave a comment in guestbook.

Waybill comment: You can leave a comment about our service.

Commented: You had written a comment.

InvalidIn this case maybe:

-This parcel is not in stock;

- This parcel has lost in E-hermes or inthe transportation and we will compensate for you; or you can directly contactour customer services for help. Please read here for details: http://www.e-hermes.net/help.php?action=view&id=115
